Sharing the tracker link
Every time you send a customer update, the tracker link is included in the message automatically — your customer can click through directly from the email or SMS without you needing to do anything extra.
Sharing the link manually
You can also copy and share the tracker link at any time — useful if you want to send it before the first update, or share it via a different channel like WhatsApp or a messaging app.
- Open the job
- Click the Actions menu (three dots)
- Select Share Tracker
- The link is copied to your clipboard automatically
The tracker link stays the same for the life of the job — you only need to share it once, and the customer can bookmark it to check back any time.
