BCC and copying messages

Need a copy of every customer email sent from FoxTrak? Add a BCC address and every outbound message is automatically copied there - useful for compliance, record keeping, or manager oversight.

Setting up BCC

  1. Go to Settings → Email Integration
  2. Enter an email address in the BCC address field

That's it - every customer email sent from your account will be BCC'd to that address from that point on. Leave the field blank to disable BCC.

Plan requirement

BCC is available on Essentials and above. Free plan users will see an upgrade prompt.
