Customer feedback and attachments

FoxTrak lets customers respond directly through their tracker — sending written feedback or uploading files without needing to call or email you separately.

Enabling customer feedback

  1. Open a step's message editor
  2. Check Allow customer feedback on this step
  3. Click Update to save

When you update the step, the customer's tracker shows a feedback input on that step. They can type a message and click Send.

Where feedback appears

Customer feedback is captured in the job's activity feed — visible to your whole team. You're notified when feedback arrives so you're always across what the customer has said.

Customer attachments

Customers can also upload files through the tracker — photos, documents, receipts, or anything else you've asked them to provide. Uploaded files appear in the activity feed alongside the feedback.

Customer feedback is controlled per step — you can enable it just for the steps where you genuinely want input, keeping the tracker clean and focused everywhere else.
