The FoxTrak customer app for iOS supports push notifications — so your customers get notified the moment you update their job, without needing to check their email or SMS.

How it works

When a customer downloads the FoxTrak iOS app and opens their tracker link, they can enable push notifications for that job. From that point on, every update you send them triggers an instant push notification directly to their phone.

What customers need to do

  1. Download the FoxTrak app from the App Store
  2. Open their tracker link from within the app
  3. Allow notifications when prompted

What this means for you

Nothing changes on your end — you update steps exactly as normal. Customers who have the app installed just get a faster, richer notification experience than email or SMS alone.
