Managing notification preferences

FoxTrak gives you full control over which notifications you receive. You can turn individual event types on or off — changes take effect immediately.

Accessing notification preferences

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Toggle any event type on or off

What you can control

All standard job events are individually toggleable — step completions, comments, attachments, due date changes, assignments, approvals, and payments. All toggles default to ON when you first set up your account.

Admin-only preferences

Admins see additional toggles for business-level events: team member changes, billing updates, job overdue alerts, integration errors, and security events.

@mentions always notify you regardless of your settings — this can't be turned off, ensuring you never miss a direct message from a teammate.
